Catherine Carr
Dr. Catherine Carr has 20 years of experience in leadership development, group and team coaching, coach training and supervision, and program facilitation. She offers evidence-based approaches to coaching and organizational development. Catherine is known for her warmth and confidence building approach. She supports and motivates leaders and teams to imagine their ideal and make it real.
In 2011 Catherine helped design and launch the British Columbia Public Service Agency’s innovative team coaching service, which is embarking on team coaching services for potentially 26,000 staff. Her current work includes developing coaching culture initiatives for organizations, of which team coaching is an essential component. Catherine is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has a Doctorate (DProf) in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching from Middlesex University (UK), specializing in team coaching. She co-developed the High Performance Team Coaching system with Dr. Jacqueline Peters. The dissertation that she co-authored with Jacqueline Peters was awarded the Ken Goulding Award for the most outstanding professional doctorate at Middlesex University in 2012.
